ABERCROMBIE LANDSCAPING, INC. ("we," "us," or "our"), established as a Profit Corporation in Georgia on January 21, 1994, is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the data you share with us through our website (abercr.com), phone communications, text messages, and during the provision of our landscape counseling, planning, and agricultural services.
We collect information necessary to facilitate landscape planning and services. This includes direct contact information (name, phone number, and service inquiry details), property addresses for site evaluations, soil and terrain specifics, and landscape design preferences. We also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP addresses and browser types) when you use our website. An email address is not required to submit our contact form.
We use your information for legitimate agricultural and landscaping business operations: to respond to your inquiries, provide landscape counseling and estimates, coordinate on-site crews, schedule seasonal planting or maintenance, manage material deliveries (e.g., mulch, plants, hardscape materials), and send necessary service notifications.
If you opt in to receive text messages via our web form (Declared Opt-In Method: WEB_FORM), we will use your phone number to send account notifications, landscape service updates, crew arrival times, and weather-related scheduling changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any landscaping goods or services. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and you will receive a single confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We strictly protect your communication records. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Data submitted for estimates, including property dimensions and horticultural requirements, is used exclusively by our internal landscape planning team to generate accurate service proposals and conduct necessary pre-service site evaluations.
As a landscape service provider, we may coordinate with specialized subcontractors (e.g., arborists, irrigation specialists) or local nurseries. We only share strictly necessary project details (such as site addresses) with these trusted professionals to execute your project. As outlined in Section 5, SMS consent and mobile contact data are explicitly excluded from this sharing.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze site traffic, and improve website performance. You can manage or disable cookies through your web browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of certain site features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Beyond trusted subcontractors and operational service providers (such as scheduling software), we only disclose personal information when legally required by law enforcement, court order, or to protect our legal rights and safety on job sites.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your project plans and personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to opt out of specific communications. To exercise these rights, please contact our office using the details provided below.
Our landscaping and agricultural services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, corporate developments, or evolving legal requirements. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (abercr.com) and the agricultural and landscaping services provided by ABERCROMBIE LANDSCAPING, INC. ("we," "us," or "our"), a Profit Corporation established in Georgia in 1994. By accessing our website, requesting a landscape consultation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We specialize in landscape counseling and planning, seasonal property maintenance, hardscaping, and general agricultural services. Any descriptions, horticultural blueprints, or timelines provided on this website are for informational purposes. All physical landscaping work is subject to a formal, written agreement or estimate signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any site work.
Landscape service estimates are valid for the period stated on the document. Final pricing is established in your signed agreement. Prices may be adjusted if unforeseen site conditions (e.g., severe soil compaction, hidden debris, or drainage issues) are discovered during excavation, or if the cost of raw materials (e.g., specialized flora, mulch, or stone) fluctuates materially.
When engaging our landscape services, you agree to: provide safe and reasonable access to the property; accurately disclose and mark the location of all underground utilities, private irrigation lines, and buried features; obtain any necessary Homeowners Association (HOA) or municipal approvals; and ensure that pets and personal property are secured safely away from active work zones and heavy landscaping equipment.
Either party may cancel scheduled landscaping work with reasonable advance written notice. Because our agricultural services are highly dependent on environmental conditions, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to severe weather or acts of nature without penalty. Deposits for custom plant orders or materials already procured are non-refundable except as required by Georgia law.
We stand behind our landscape installation workmanship. However, because plant material is a living agricultural product affected by weather, soil conditions, and subsequent care, plant health warranties are strictly limited to the specific terms outlined in your written agreement. Proper ongoing maintenance and watering by the property owner are required to maintain any applicable warranty.
Any changes to the original landscape design, plant species substitutions, or hardscape layout adjustments requested after a contract is signed must be documented through a written Change Order. Change Orders must be approved and signed by both the client and our project manager before the altered work proceeds, and may affect final project costs.
When opting into our SMS program via our web form (Declared Opt-In Method: WEB_FORM), you agree to receive recurring text messages regarding your landscaping projects, site evaluations, crew arrival schedules, weather delays, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. For assistance, reply HELP. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any landscaping goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-In: Consent is collected via an unchecked checkbox on our online contact web form. By actively checking the box, you agree to receive SMS updates regarding your landscaping services.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our team.
Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or get help directly at info@abercr.com or +1 (786) 305-5928.
We strictly protect your communication records. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This SMS opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances, ensuring your contact details remain strictly utilized for your active landscape service communications.
All content on this website, including text, landscape design graphics, project portfolio images, and digital horticultural plans provided before a contract is signed, is the property of ABERCROMBIE LANDSCAPING, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These materials may not be reproduced without our express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific landscaping services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or property damage caused by unmarked underground utilities, extreme weather, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions and any separate landscaping agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
